Shipping policy
MARTEV offers delivery to all EU countries as well as Norway and Iceland.
If you wish to place an order from outside the European community, please contact us
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, for which MARTEV is not responsible. The customer is responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
As of 1 July 2026 and in line with EU policy, all orders shipped to non-EU countries in the continent of Europe are subject to a €3 customs charge, regardless of the value of the order.
MARTEV has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount; customers are obliged by local laws to obtain special authorization to import.
Upon delivery to countries outside of the European Union, there will be a customs declaration charge. This charge comes upon delivery of the package and is not determined by MARTEV.
Should the customer decline the customs delivery charge and therefore refuse the package, the package will be destroyed by customs. MARTEV cannot take responsibility for this or offer a refund for the package.
The supplier reserves six business days to manage orders. Orders are shipped from 8:30am to 6:00pm CET, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch time may increase by up to two working days during high season due to increased load.
The customer is provided with the tracking number for every order at the moment of dispatch.
Orders are delivered to the address indicated at checkout in the dedicated field. In case of the recipient’s absence at the moment of delivery, the courier will leave a note for the customer. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure collection of the order. MARTEV assumes no responsibility for failure to withdraw the goods.
